Why CrossFit at CrossFit Cholla?

CrossFit is the fastest way to achieve strength and conditioning in just under an hour per day. At CrossFit Cholla, all of our classes begin with a warm-up, followed by weightlifting during our strength segment. Then, we really ramp it up with high intensity metabolic conditioning. We end it all with a cool down that includes mobility work. A coach is by your side ensuring that you are using proper technique and pushing yourself. After every work-out, you feel accomplished and ready to take on the rest of your day. During that hour, it’s all about you…No time wasted on cell phones or other distractions.

Our gym is a full service strength and conditioning facility, located off the loop 101 freeway in North Phoenix. We offer CrossFit, Yoga, and Olympic Weightlifting. Dedicated to the community we’ve built at Cholla, our mission is to help our members move better and live happier through the principles of CrossFit. With years of experience in strength and conditioning, nutrition, and more – our coaches are dedicated to providing a fun and pressure-free workout environment.
